👋 I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve been selling real estate in Gainesville since 2023, after falling in love with the city and its vintage homes. We have a lot of charming architecture and unique properties here in Alachua county.

 

I didn’t get into real estate to be a salesperson. I did it to guide people through one of the most meaningful decisions they’ll ever make: finding shelter, stability, and a place that feels like home.

Real estate is part project manager, part concierge-level customer service, part strategic marketer. There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes — timelines, inspections, negotiations — and emotions can run high.
